Best of Realty - Best of Realty, a prestigious real estate competition, celebrates its quarter century of existence this year. It is a unique platform for awarding and presenting the most important real estate projects in the Czech Republic. The gala evening, which took place on Tuesday 14 November at the Forum Karlín, was attended by leading personalities of the Czech real estate market. This year's twenty-fifth anniversary edition of the competition confirmed the trend of growing quality of regional development and the best real estate projects from all corners of the Czech Republic are enjoying the win.
The special jury prize went to two projects. In the case of the Imperial Spas in Karlovy Vary, the jury was impressed by the sensitive and innovative reconstruction of the listed neo-Renaissance building, which created a modern environment for cultural and social events. The jury was also impressed by the renovation of the Winternitz automatic mills in Pardubice.

The jury was impressed by the sensitive and innovative reconstruction of the Imperial Spas in Karlovy Vary, in which a separate structure was built into the hall of the listed neo-Renaissance building, with respect for the historical space, on which the stage and auditorium stand. The multifunctional hall created by this unique construction will provide a modern environment for cultural and social events. "The whole complex has the best conditions to become a popular and attractive place for both residents and visitors."
