You can purchase all kinds of tickets for tours of the building and other events organized or co-organized by the Imperial Spas in person at the Imperial Spas ticket office.

In the event details on the website, we always inform you whether tickets are also sold physically at the Císařské Lázně. If so, you can go and get them or contact the Customer Service of the Imperial Spas for more information.

This will help you not only with tickets for concerts held in Císařské lázně, but also with concerts of some other organizers.

Online purchase on the web

Have you found your event yet? Click on the "BUY TICKETS" icon to be taken to a selection of venues. After marking the selected seats, the ticket will be saved in your virtual basket. Then click on the " Add to cart" button.

On the next screen, you can check that you have selected the correct locations. To continue, you need to click on the 'agree to terms and conditions' button and click on 'Continue'.

In the next step you select the type of payment and the type of ticket delivery. In case you want to pay for your ticket online, you can choose the method of payment by card. After payment, you will receive an eTicket and an invoice for the paid ticket to your email address. 

It is possible to purchase all tickets for events organized or co-organized by the Imperial Spas, including tours, online.
