Alexander handles a number of administrative tasks related to the technical operation of the Imperial Baths. Every document, report or plan that passes through his hands is carefully scrutinised and optimised. He negotiates ideal conditions with service providers.

With her multitasking ability, Andrea can handle a large number of things at once. She keeps track of everything in the spa building and from invoicing to ordering, nothing happens that she doesn't know about. She is the director's right hand and can work miracles on a moment's notice.

Antonín is responsible for making sure that everything in the building works, nothing leaks and all the lights are on. He's in charge of the operational matters of the whole building, and for such a large building that's no joke. He makes sure that all the rules and regulations are followed, provides maintenance, cleaning and makes sure that visitors don't get lost in the maze of corridors.

Jakub enjoys creating, reflecting and changing museums and monuments. He passes on his experience on how to think about museums and monuments differently not only to his colleagues at the Imperial Baths and students personally, but also through professional books. Jakub tries to uncover hidden stories and secrets of the past in the archival collection of Stanislav Burachovich, which he is processing for the Imperial Baths.

Jan's research focuses on the modern history of Karlovy Vary as an international meeting place for many important figures of the 19th and 20th centuries. He incorporates the exploits of famous and unknown visitors to the spa into his tours, even those that are completely absent from our pictures of famous visitors for various reasons. It's not only about them that today's visitors can learn during the history workshops he sponsors.

Radek is a true academic knight who is an expert on everything related to the history of the spa. His task is to convert the ladies and gentlemen of everyday life into esteemed clients of the spa and impress them with a charming story about the historical events of the time. He works with all forms of tours, pictorial material, audio-visual material, thus also focusing on children's awareness programmes. The Educator of the Imperial Baths is the patron of our streams of thought and only he knows that the word "baths" always sells well!
