Olga Havlová and the Committee of Good Will

The vernissage of photographs "Olga Havlová and the Committee of Good Will" will take place on 17 October 2023 at 4 pm at the Olga Havlová Tree (Sady Karla IV., Karlovy Vary).

The exhibition of photographs will be open in the lobby of the Imperial Spas from 20 October to 30 November 2023 free of charge.

Thirty-three photographs on 26 posters depict the beginnings of the Olga Havel Foundation's Committee of Good Will, Olga's meetings with children and adults with disabilities, as well as with related personalities, such as Princess Diana, actor Alain Delon and Spanish Princess Christina.

Other photographs depict the environment of the psychiatric hospitals and social care institutions of the time. The photographs were taken by well-known photographers Ondřej Němec, Bohdan Holomíček, Přemysl Fialka, Gabriela Čapková, Zdeněk Chrapek and others.
