In cooperation with the family winery Válka we offer a unique tasting evening. During this event you will taste ten wine samples and of course a neutralizing bite after each sample. After the tasting, a cold dinner will be waiting for you and also the atmosphere of the Imperial Spas at night will be yours to enjoy.
Wine and expert commentary will be provided by the Válk family, who run the oldest organic family winery in Moravia. Their winery in Nosislav, near Hustopece, boasts a number of prestigious awards, including Winery of the Year 2023, Farm of the Year 2023 and Gourmet South Moravia.
What you will experience:
- you will taste 10 bottled wines from the production of Válka Winery
- the tasting itself lasts about 2 hours, followed by free entertainment with live music and discussion about wine
- during the tasting you will receive a neutralizing bite (cheese and sausage plate + bread), water and coffee
- expert commentary directly from the winemaker
- after the tasting, dinner with cold and hot dishes will be served
- after dinner, the tasting includes an extraordinary night tour of the building with actor Viktor Braunreiter
