Programme

Together with doc. Martin Franco, we will look at how our society's relationship to eating has changed over the last century, at the specifics of spa eating, and also at the extent to which the period of state socialism still influences the eating habits of the inhabitants of our country. We will certainly not avoid the question of the popularity of fried cheese, we will look at where "traditional" cuisine came from and what the ideal of healthy food was before.
